FIELD TRIP IN THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY AND THE KINGDOM OF THE NETHERLANDS
46Two professors of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization of the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University and 15 of the 5th year students of the Agricultural Mechanization major in order to become familiar with the John Deere International GmbH (Switzerland Confederation) company's modern techniques produced in Europe, from September 14 to 21, 2024 had a field trip in the Federal Republic of Germany and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
A meeting with specialists was held at the John Deere tractor manufacturing plant in Mannheim, Germany, and the company's history and development, achievements, and future plans were discussed in detail. The trainees visited the production complex of the enterprise, where they got acquainted with all the work, from the smallest parts to the assembly of equipment, of 6110M, 6120M, 6130M, 6140M, 6145M, 6155M, 6175M, 6195M and R8 tractors. In highly automated departments, most of the work is done with the help of robots and special machines.
After that, a meeting with the cabins manufacturing company and its spare parts warehouse, located in Bruzhal, was arranged. At the European Center for Technology and Innovation, the source of the company's news, discoveries and cutting-edge innovations, located in Kaiserslautern, training was conducted on the features of the Work Planner program for agricultural work planning. They discussed the methodology of teaching students the digital electronic control system in agricultural machinery and equipment.
On September 18, students and professors visited a self-propelled and trailed sprayer manufacturing plant in Horst, Netherlands. During the presentations, the most modern models of sprayers and their innovative capabilities, especially the features of the "See and Spray" system, were discussed in detail. Later, the company introduced the production of trailed M700, M700i, M600, M600i, A700, A700i, A600, A600i and self-propelled R 41 series 40i and 50i sprayers. The students had the opportunity to observe their assembly, coloring and final testing.
As part of the trip, excursions to the sightseeing and historical places of the cities were organized. This trip helped the students have increased their expertise in their fields.
