INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR HELD
58On September 19-20, a seminar titled "Strategy for Higher Education Institutions: Achievements in QS and THE International Rankings, Opening of Success: An Indicator for Higher Education Institutions in QS and THE Rankings" was held via live video communication within the framework of the European Union's ERASMUS+ program. Representatives of S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University participated in this international seminar along with higher educational institutions of the country.
The purpose of the international seminar held via live video communication is to share international experiences in the field of education, modern methods of education, to maintain friendly relations with higher educational institutions of foreign countries, to exchange ideas and to support important reforms in the field of science and education.
The purpose of the European Union's ERASMUS+ program is to develop cooperation in various fields of education, attract participants to the labor market, encourage new ideas and forms of cooperation, and exchange international best practices.
During the seminar, Kadyr Amanov, an instructor of the Department of General Chemistry of the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, spoke about the achievements of higher educational institutions of the country, as well as innovative practices in the field of education, and innovative teaching methods in the international rankings. As noted by the instructor, together with some of the higher educational institutions of the country, the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University was able to be in "UI Green Metric World University Ranking 2023" list, which assesses the contribution of scientific and educational institutions to the development of environmentally friendly infrastructure. This is a clear sign that the higher education institutions of the country meet international standards.
The participants of the seminar exchanged views on the world's educational reforms and development of innovative technologies through live video communication. This seminar was very important in strengthening friendly relations and learning new experiences.
