SENIOR PROFESSORS ARE CONGRATULATED
13On the occasion of October 1 - the International Day of Elders, a musical ceremony was held at the S.A.Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University. The senior professors, who are the school among us were congratulated and wished sound health, a long life, and great success in their noble work.
As noted, the International Day of Elders, which is celebrated every year on October 1, is one of the significant dates that show how high the value of the seniors is in our nation. During the Revival of the new era of powerful state, with the efforts of Hero Arkadag, our Arkadag Hero Serdar, the honour of the elders is held in high esteem.
Our senior professors live as a school among us, educating young people. Representatives of the older generation carry out regular propaganda activities among the youth. They often hold talks with Turkmen youth in society about our national traditions, spiritual and moral values.
Recently, the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, which was held on September 24, showed how high the honour is given to our elders in our country.
Festive gifts were given to senior professors at the event. "The dignity of the elderly who connect the past, the present and the future, guide each individual to humanity, pure morality, strengthen family unity, inspire us to lofty goals and new achievements with their meaningful life positions and encouragements is more important in the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state”emphasize the President of Turkmenistan, the National Leader of the Turkmen people. We wish them sound health, long life and success in all their undertakings.
