SPEECHES ON CHICKEN BREEDING AND FEEDING
53Recently, a scientific-practical meeting was held at S.A.Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University with the participation of professors, students, members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and other guests. The topic of the meeting was about the importance of chicken feeding, breeding and food products. There, Dovlet Garayev, Osman Yeldiren spoke about the importance of the poultry sector of the mountain livestock industry in creating food abundance in the country, as well as the importance of chickens.
According to the expert, poultry farming occupies a special place in fully meeting the needs of the population for meat and meat products, as well as chicken eggs. In many countries of the world, poultry farming occupies one of the main positions among other kinds of agricultural production, as it provides high-value food products and raw materials for the processing industry.
One of the main ways of breeding chickens is breeding using specially designed equipment - incubators. Temperature is one of the most important conditions of incubation. The optimum temperature for incubation is considered to be 37.5-37.7 degrees. In doing so, it gives a great opportunity to avoid spoilage of eggs and high performance of chickens.
According to the expert, eggs obtained from chickens have high nutritional value and are very beneficial for human health. Chicken eggs contain protein, many vitamins, bioactive components such as phospholipids and carotenoids. That's why eggs help keep the heart healthy and maintain normal blood sugar levels.
At the end of the regular scientific-practical meeting, the participants discussed the importance of modern technologies and techniques in raising chickens, the benefits of food products from the poultry industry to human health.
