Inspired by the celebrations of the 30th anniversary of Permanent Neutrality, which holds great significance for our Motherland and the peoples of the world, as well as by the lofty wisdom of the Hero Arkadag’s slogan “Turkmenistan — the Homeland of Peace and Trust,” professors and students of S. A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University published a collection of articles and poems entitled “Neutrality — the Path of Peace and Trust.”

The book opens with the wise statements of the esteemed President on neutrality and peace and the poem by the Hero Arkadag “Turkmenistan — the Homeland of Peace and Trust.” It begins with a foreword article titled “Neutrality — the Foundation of Peace and Trust” by Italmaz Saparlyyev, Head of Department, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honored Elder of the People of Turkmenistan, and member of the Councils of Elders.

In his article “Sustainable Agriculture of Neutral Turkmenistan,” Rector Allaberdy Gapurov emphasizes that introducing innovations into agriculture and water management, achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, and ensuring food abundance through modernization are priority directions of the scientifically grounded reforms initiated by the Hero Arkadag and continued by the esteemed President. The achievements of agricultural workers during the International Year of Peace and Trust constitute a worthy contribution to global food security and reflect the results of state policy aimed at implementing green economy methods and smart technologies.

The collection includes articles on educational reforms, food security, neutrality and peace, Turkmenistan’s participation in EXPO exhibitions, sustainable development goals in higher education, open-door policy, cooperation with the United Nations, peace diplomacy, and national values. It also features materials on forestry zones, global agricultural experience, agricultural development in Turkmenistan, the Akhal-Teke horse as a messenger of peace, and Turkmenistan’s water diplomacy.

The poems included in the book glorify the happiness of neutrality. This collection is a worthy creative gift of the country’s leading university to the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality.
