DIGITAL CLASSES ARE ORGANIZED FOR STUDENTS WHO WILL HAVE INTERNSHIPS IN GERMANY
14It has become a tradition for Turkmen students to undertake educational and production internships abroad. Within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Turkmenistan and “John Deere International GmbH” on the development of cooperation in the agricultural sector, effective collaboration is being carried out with the company “John Deere International GmbH” in the training of specialists.
Students of S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University and Turkmen Agricultural Institute, specializing in agricultural mechanization, together with their instructors, will travel from September 12 to 21, 2025, to the Federal Republic of Germany, to the cities of Frankfurt and Mannheim, to take part in training sessions and get acquainted with the modern machinery produced by this company’s European enterprises. The Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan organized the trip. The main goal of the trip is to enhance the knowledge and experience of students and teachers in agricultural machinery and modern farming technologies.
Currently, as part of preparations for the study trip, specialists of the “John Deere” company are conducting lessons on “John Deere” agricultural machinery and the latest technologies used in them. With the participation of the students who will enrich their knowledge abroad, online classes are being organized on such topics as 6B and 6M series tractors, “John Deere” grain and cotton harvesters, sprayers, digital agricultural technologies, and their development trends.
The fact that questions arising during the lessons are given precise answers, and that some of them are discussed collectively, creates great interest among participants. The knowledge gained in these online and professional lessons will soon be further consolidated during the study trip to the friendly country.
